Typical Use
OBIC 2210 RapidSeal is a dual-component, fast reacting hydrophobic polyurethane grout designed to stop high volume leaks in manholes, pump stations and other underground structures. The convenient cartridge package allows easy access to hard-to-reach places. The fast reaction time of the material helps to stop water quickly before the resin is washed away.

Product Highlights
OBIC 2210 RapidSeal is a moisture-insensitive, two component, fast reacting hydrophobic polyurethane grout. This product is hand injected using a two-part tube injection gun. Product highlights include:
- Uses static mixer causes two components to mix instantaneously for immediate reaction
- Reaction time is 5-15 seconds
- Cure time is 30-40 seconds
- Reaction and cure times are mildly dependent on the ambient and environmental temperatures
- Hydrophilic moisture activated 1500%-2600% expansion
- Viscosity: A- 200 cP at 72ºF B- 600 cP at 72ºF
- Forms a dense and impermeable foam
- Hydrophobic dual cartridge
- Excellent adhesion to concrete and other substrates
- Injected with 300ml x 300ml injection gun
- Color: Amber, Pale Yellow

Packaging, Storage and Shelf Life
OBIC 2210 RapidSeal comes in a dual 300ml cartridge, in boxes of 6. OBIC 2210 RapidSeal should be stored in sealed containers between 60ºF and 125ºF. Shelf life is 1 year under normal conditions, in factory sealed containers.
