CERTIFIED INSTALLER PROGRAM
Initial Training
1
Introduction to the materials and market focus.

Safety requirements for material handling and job site safety, plus equipment operation and maintenance.

Application standards including surface prep, defect repair, application and inspection.
Field Application Training
4
One week of actual field application using OBIC’s flagship installer’s equipment or the equipment of the certified installer.
5
Field training can be completed at an OBIC flagship installer’s location or the certified installer’s location.
Follow Up Training
6
One week of additional on-site training provided as needed in the first six months.

Technical assistance by phone is always available.
8
Additional on-site assistance available but requires compensation.
Annual Re-Certification
9
Annual re-certification will be required to purchase and apply OBIC materials.
10
Annual re-certification will require inspection of the installer’s equipment, employee’s installation work and the company’s understanding of the materials.
